High level role overview
We’re looking for a dedicated, ambitious people-person to join our Customer Growth team.
You’ll be working with a specific set of brands and have a primary goal of growing their spend and usage over time. These brands are a subset of the top companies that Askable is an approved vendor for. The list includes many of Australia’s (and the world’s) largest companies such as Asahi, Qantas, 7-Eleven and more.
You will drive account development & revenue growth leading to customer satisfaction and on-going customer loyalty through continuous improvement and focused innovation initiatives.
You will build and foster strategic relationships and will be at the forefront of our customers’ digital transformation journeys, working jointly with these customers to merge business vision with solution roadmaps to enable successful transformation.
